Evo was founded by innovative food people with a passion for cooking and entertaining. As a cooking appliance manufacturer, it’s our love of connecting people around food that guides everything we do. Since 2001, we have designed and built a full line of front-of-house foodservice cooking equipment and luxury residential appliances that are exceptionally energy-efficient for both indoor and outdoor use. Evo cooktops are the leading live-action display cooking equipment in the world. Our high-performance equipment includes the game-changing EVent® ventless griddle, the Affinity front-of-house presentation cooktop, the MultiZone™ electric Plancha for precise temperature control, the Centric 20E indoor action station, and the Professional Wheeled Cart for outdoor catering. Affinity 30G
The Evo Affinity 30G is designed for built-in installation in outdoor kitchen counters. It features a 30" circular oil seasoned steel cooking surface and two temperature zones from 225-550 degrees. Available in propane or natural gas.
Affinity 25G
The Evo Affinity 25G is designed for built-in installation in outdoor kitchen counters. Available in propane or natural gas. The 25G is perfect smaller outdoor kitchens or for cabinetry that can’t support the depth of our Affinity 30G model.
Affinity 30Gp
The Evo Affinity 30Gp is designed for built-in installation in residential indoor kitchen counters. Gas with standing pilot light, 30" circular cooking surface, and variable temperature between 150 and 525 degrees.
Affinity 25E
The Evo Affinity 25E is designed for built-in installation in residential indoor kitchen counters. This electric cooktop has a 25" circular oil seasoned steel cooking surface and variable temperature from 150 to 525 degrees, along with a digital temperature display.
Professional Wheeled Cart
The Evo Professional Wheeled Cart grill is designed for outdoor entertaining on your backyard deck or patio. Available in propane or natural gas. This boasts a portable design and a 30" circular cooking surface.
Professional Tabletop
The Evo Professional Tabletop grills is designed for outdoor entertaining at home or on the road. This griddle has a 30" circular cooking surface and push button ignition. Available in propane or natural gas.
Centric 20E
The Evo Centric 20E portable electric cooktop has a fast action station “plug and cook set-up” to elevate the menu of any indoor event. Operating on 120V, the Evo Centric 20E is an ideal solution display cooking in buffet lines and banquet rooms. Includes LLDPE polyethylene case for storage and transport.
